In the Azure portal, search for resource mover. Then, under Services, select Azure Resource Mover.
In Overview, click Get started.
In Move resources > Source + destination, select the source subscription and region. In Destination, select the region to which you want to move the VMs. Then click Next.
In Select resources, select the VM. You can only add resources supported for move. Then click Done.
Click Proceed, to begin adding the resources.
