Azure Dedicated Host is a new Azure service that enables you to run your virtual machines on a physical server located in the Azure Datacenters.
Azure Dedicated Host is in preview in most Azure regions.
How to deploy Azure Dedicated Host?
You can use the Azure portal to create an Azure Dedicated Host. Before deploying an Azure Dedicated Host, you must create an Azure Host Group.
Click “Create Host Group” to start the process.
Review the configuration before creating the Host Group. Next, you can deploy a Dedicated Host
Enter the following information to create the Dedicated Host

Once the Dedicated Host is provisioned, then you can select the host in the Virtual Machine provisioning wizard
