One of the new features with SCCM 1511 is to cleanup your WSUS server automatically. You can schedule and run the WSUS Cleanup task in the Configuration Manager console. Go to:
- Administration
- Site Configuration
- Sites
- Select SCCM 2012 SUP site
- Configure Site Components
- Software Update Point
- Supersedence Rules tab
Select “Run WSUS cleanup wizard”
By default, the WSUS Cleanup job runs every 30 days.
