EPM2012R2 : Manage your EPM clients with “MpProvider” Module

If you use EPM in your environment as antivirus client, you can use the EPM powershell module : MpProvider.

You can read some information about status or preference. So you can easily manage your EPM client with powershell. Below are the cmdlet available on each computer where EPM is installed :

You can run cmdlet locally or on a remote computer (with “Enter-PSsession”).

The first thing is to import this module :

Ok the module is loaded, now you can run a cmdlet :
