SCCM Client Actions Are Missing

SCCM Clients are unable to download policy from management point. At some point in time SCCM Clients stop functioning. The main symptom is that the Actions tab in the Configuration Manager Control Panel Applet will only display two actions as seen below:

Generally it usually means that the SCCM Client could not contact a Management Point. Below are some checks that you can perform:

1. Boundaries and Boundaries Group are properly configured

2. Client Push Account has Administrative Rights

3. Firewall settings are configured proper

4. WMI repository is consistent

5. Machine restart

If all the previous steps do not fix the issue, then you must check the SMS Agent Host service. Sometimes, the service will not start automatically. After restarting the service, you can refresh the SCCM policies and then the SCCM Client will contact the MP.
